Learning Skills Services offer weekly workshops, writing resources, and online resources and videos to assist students with note taking, researching, studying, test taking, time management, procrastination, and transitioning to university. Students can seek assistance from a caring and professional personal counsellor to assist with a variety of concerns including test anxiety and course work, substance abuse and eating problems, family and friendship concerns, gender and sexual concerns, emotional and physical abuse, disability issues, bereavement and grief, and traumatic events.
